Coffee contains antioxidants, & by being a regular Coffee drinker you’re actually decreasing the risk of several diseases, as type II diabetes, some types of cancer, etc, it keeps you energized, active and productive all day long to get your work done, it also helps you burn some fat if you’re overweight, it also decreases the potential of getting mentally ill.
